CamScanner is a professional mobile scanning app that allows users to easily scan documents into clear and sharp images or PDF files. With over 200,000 new registrations per day, it is no wonder that it was named App Store Best of 2014 and one of the 50 Best iPhone Apps in the 2013 edition of TIME magazine.

The paid version of CamScanner offers additional features to enhance the scanning experience. These features include the ability to recognize and extract texts from a single page, a larger cloud space of 400M (compared to 200M in the free version), the option to export PDFs without the watermark "Scanned by CamScanner," and an ad-free interface.

Key features of CamScanner include:

<li>Mobile Scanner: Use your phone camera to scan various types of documents such as receipts, notes, invoices, whiteboard discussions, business cards, and certificates.</li>
<li>Optimize Scan Quality: Smart cropping and auto enhancing features ensure that texts and graphics appear clear and sharp.</li>
<li>Extract Texts from Image: The OCR (optical character recognition) feature allows users to extract texts from a single page for further editing or sharing (available in the paid version).</li>
<li>Share PDF/JPEG Files: Easily share scanned documents in PDF or JPEG format via social media, email attachment, or by sending a document link.</li>
<li>AirPrint & Fax Documents: Print out documents directly from CamScanner using nearby printers via AirPrint, or send faxes to over 30 countries right from within the app.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Invite friends or colleagues to view and comment on your scans in a group (available for registrants).</li>
<li>Advanced Editing: Annotate and add customized watermarks to your documents.</li>
<li>Secure Important Docs: Set passcodes to protect important documents and password-protect document links when sharing.</li>
<li>Sync across Platforms: Sign up to sync your documents across multiple devices and access them anywhere.</li>
</ul>

In addition, CamScanner offers a premium subscription service with even more features such as editing OCR results and notes, creating doc collages for multiple pages, additional cloud storage space, extra collaborators, password protection for document links with expiration dates, auto uploading to various cloud storage services, batch downloading of PDF files through the web application, importing PDFs for editing, scanning academic questions to create practice tests, and high-standard ID scanning.

Premium subscription payment models include a monthly subscription of $4.99 per month or a yearly subscription of $35.99 for the first year and $49.99 per year starting from the second year. Payment will be charged to the user's iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase, and subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off in the user's Account Settings.

CamScanner users can scan and manage a variety of documents including bills, invoices, contracts, tax rolls, business cards, whiteboards, memos, scripts, letters, blackboards, notes, PPTs (PowerPoint presentations), books, articles, credentials, certificates, and identity documents.

CamScanner also integrates with popular third-party cloud storage services such as Box, Google Drive, Evernote, Dropbox, and OneDrive.
